We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused Strength Shop equipment in its original packaging. Whether it is a barbell or a lifting belt, we are committed to ensuring you have the right tools for your training.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 5 business days.
